This blog exists in order to organize/advertise/legitimize/execute the 'first quarterly moon castle ballyhoo (a modern day hullabaloo). A four-day free-fun festival happening in Portland, OR on MAY 31st to JUNE 3rd.
The following posts will introduce the project, elaborate upon the larger goals/mission of the ballyhoo, serve as a way to organize volunteers, and advertise the actual event once we are a little bit further along.
