Thursday, May 31st

location: big lawn on the northeast corner of 20th Avenue and Alberta St.

events:
12:00 BYOBBQ, you bring it – we’ll grill it.
1:00 Watermelon seed spitting accuracy contest, bring yo’ serious spittin’ skillz
3:00 – d.i.y. ice cream race
7:00 – animal costume parade, bust out your noisemakers and follow us to the movies!
8:00 – movie:
500 Fingers of Dr. T
(overlook park)
all day:
• women’s juggling booth with hula hoops and other toys to try out.
• blindfolded face painting
• rocking tunes
• hellfire weenie roast


CRAFT/ART DAY
Friday, June 1st

location: colonel summers park

events:
12:00 – sidewalk chalk and genitalia pretzels
1:00 – random letter writing and other mail adventures bring a phonebook
2:00 – tutorial on tearing a phone book in half…the long way – oohhhh, aaahhh.
3:00 – wacky haircuts, head shaving, and dye jobs
5:00 – fort building bring extra giant boxes if you have them!
6:30 – dance party parade – make way to the location where movies are showing while groovin’.
8:00 – eat in movies bring a dish and friend!

BICYCLE DAY
Saturday, June 2nd

location: alberta park or peninsula park

events:
11:00am – donut hole breakfast
12:00 – bike decorating: give your steed a spraypaint makeover and laminate your own spokecards. bring a small picture you’d like to laminate
1:00 – bike games
• 3 bikes, 2 people, one moving entity. get around the block as quick as possible.
• tall bike jousting
• team riding showcase: bring your most creative way to ride with 2 people on one bike.
• ROLO
6:00 – bike parade! show off those freshly pimped out bicycles.
8:00 – movies:

DADAIST COMPETITION DAY
Sunday, June 3rd

location: mt. tabor/hawthorne hostel (3031 se hawthorne blvd.)/Laurelhurst park

events:
10:00am – conquer mt. tabor as our own! bring harness, climbing gear, and other extraneous outdoor gear if you have it
11:00am – brunch/potluck @ hawthorne hostel
12:00 – strong person competition @ Laurelhurst park:
• whipped cream speed whipping race
• crepe batter speed whipping race
• lightbulb battle
• car pull and more!
2:00 - lunch, crepes with whipped cream
3:30 - muddy wheel barrow races
4:30 – chubby bunny and the saltine smash
5:30 – broom acrobatic races bring brooms or other things with dowel character
6:30 – marching band parade
7:30 – movie:
